Out of Place

Just a few things that I've noticed lately:

In two different cabins in the Alps, I found bottles of soy sauce on the
restaurant tables.

I ate mexican food on Saturday in a restaurant called Tijiuana Cafe in
Munich.

I definitely heard country music on a German radio station last
night.

This morning, I watched Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman on German
television. It was voiced-over, of course.

Is it just me, or are these things out of place?
